Do you work with individual farmers or only large grain traders?

We work with both. From small-scale growers storing locally to national traders exporting overseas, our services are tailored to suit.

Do I need to book ahead for grain receivals?

Yes. Even if it's not a typical harvest time just to keep everything accounted for. We have a dedicated Grain Booking Site that growers can use to book in their truck online. You can find that site by clicking here.

Can I store different types of grain at once?

Yes. We have dedicated storage areas and implement strict segregation protocols to prevent cross-contamination between grain types.

Is fumigation mandatory for exporting grain?

Yes. Most export destinations require fumigation as part of their import regulations. We provide fully certified fumigation services that meet international standards.

How long does fumigation take?

Fumigation generally takes 7–10 days, including exposure time and ventilation. Timeframes may vary based on commodity type and destination requirements.

Do you provide grain quality testing?

Yes. We offer grain sampling and assessment services including moisture, protein, and other quality indicators. Results are delivered quickly and support marketing or compliance decisions.

Where is Agri Storage and Logistics located?

Our main receival and storage facility is located at 10 Industrial Drive, Moree, NSW. We also handle bulk export logistics via our Brisbane port infrastructure.

Do you provide grain quality testing?

Can I get my tarps repaired even if I didn’t buy them from you?

Yes. We repair all kinds of grain storage tarps, regardless of where they were purchased. We also offer replacements and installation if needed.

Who do I contact for urgent maintenance or after-hours enquiries?

If you require urgent support outside of normal business hours, please refer to our Contact Us page for direct lines to the appropriate team members. On that page there is also a form that you can fill out if it's outside of business hours. When you fill that out, one of our team members will be in touch with you ASAP.
